Job Description:
- Ensuring regular contact with existing clients to maintain our company's presence.
- Developing plans to address customer-specific needs.
- Handle customer complaints, enquiries and feedback via email, chat or phone.
- Back-end support for the Marketing team.
- Attending inbound leads and understanding the client requirements and coordinating with the technical team and Marketing team till the lead closure stage.
- Overseeing the activities of the Marketing team.
- Maintaining good relationships with customers.
- Approaching prospective customers to build rapport.
