Automatic Meter Reading Solution for Solar Generation Plants
AMR Modem seamlessly integrates with energy meters following the DLMS standard, especially with IEC-62056-21. The device can be installed near the inverters of Solar PV systems located in different areas. Once installed, the device can aggregate data from those Solar PV Systems and display accurate, real-time information on energy production at a central location via a display or remotely through a mobile/web application.
AMR Modem captures and relays crucial information at predefined intervals, be it hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly, customizable to meet your specific requirements. The data extracted includes instantaneous parameters at the time of reading, billing data spanning the present and the last 12 months, load survey data for 30 days or the complete stored duration, tamper data, and transaction events. The device uses GPRS to transmit the data to the cloud, but if the connection is unavailable, it stores the data and transmits it once the GPRS is available.
